WIDE IS COMMITTED TO HELPING THE COMMUNITY OF LINCOLN HONESTLY ASSESS THE EFFECT OF RACISM ON ITS RESIDENTS AND FACILITATE HEALING, support and community for people of color. As we all grapple with the racial reckoning that is occurring in this country at this time, we want to offer a list (not comprehensive by any means) of resources and supports that may prove helpful to you.
As you work through this process individually, it is important to focus on who you are most comfortable approaching for this type of conversation. Each of us has our own “net” of people who we feel will listen to us, empathize with us and advocate for us.
